aglio, olio and peperoncino. Basically cook the spaghetti (dried not freshly made) and drain it. In the pan put a couple of cloves of smashed up garlic, some olive oil and a good shake of dried chilli flakes. Heat through for a few seconds, then return the spag to the pan and warm through. Dee-lish, especially with some fresh bread to wipe round the bowl afterwards!

depends. Homemade is the best no matter what color (red or white). Trader Joe's is making some really good jarred sauce. Lots of the ones you find at a traditional grocery store have tons of sugar in them which makes them really sweet. Have fun experimenting with them.

I like palamino, it a creamy tomato sauce. I find that either a straight tomato or straight alfredo are too rich. I like the combination of the two.
