i know that "BIENCUIT" is french but i need it's meaning in ITALIAN :)

EDIT: Okay, I take that back, it looks like a lot of sites contradict each other. First off though, the term is French, not Italian.

One website claims that French chefs use this code:

Well done = "très bien cuit," medium = "bien cuit," medium rare = "à point," rare = "saignant," extremely rare = "bleu."

However, most of the other sites claim it means "well done". My best friend is a chef and uses the 5-level French standard (in which it is medium rare) but most restaurants use the 4-level, in which case "bien cuit" is well done.

So in conclusion...well done!

Bien cuit is French. Means well-done as in well-cooked.

The best translation would be "ben cotto"; i.e. well done.
