My friends say that I am too paranoid about expirations dates on foods. He has maragine that is 4 months expired but he said that as long as it is in the frig I shouldn't worry. My physician friend stated that I can eat yogurt that is a month expired and another friend stated that milk and bread is good for a week after the expiration date. Are they correct? When should I get rid of bread, milk, yogurt and maragine?

Why are people more and more getting more food allergies? It seems like everyone's allergic to everything anymore. When I was growing up, nobody was allergic to anything but maybe pollen. How come people are suddenly coming up with reactions to shellfish, strawberries, peanuts, etc...? 30+ years ago, everybody ate everything! What changed?

Would a candy, gummy bears or Dots for example, dissolve in your stomach pretty quickly because it's mostly sugar? Or would it take longer because of the consistancy?

Do you eat out at fast food places all the time most of the time or never ?

Do you cook one meal a day three a day ? One a month ?

Am I the only one left who makes meals at home?

I wouldn't want my wife eating the crap they sell at these places so I make her lunch and usually breakfast and dinner -

But also because I do not want to eat that crap.

I am not sure what is in McDonalds burgers but I am sure it's not beef despite what they say - I am not altogether sure the bun is bread - same goes for the rest of the fast food places - They might be better but now we are compareing getting hit over the head with a book vs getting hit with a brick -

How about that microwavable stuff ? Are you doing that instead or cooking cooking ????

I do 'cause it's good. AND ONE MORE QUESTION: when u make chocolate chip cookies in the oven and cut up the dough, do u eat the dough while u r cutting it? that's good too!
