Sashimi... thin sliced Ahi with wasabi & soy.
Used to eat it on the back of my brother's boat... catch the Tuna, eat some Sashimi and freeze the rest for steaks later !

tellitlikeitis - Not all sushi uses raw fish, and fresh fish should never smell fishy, if it does it's spoiled. With a few exceptions most sushi use cooked seafood, some are vegetarian. In Hawaii they even have musubi which uses Spam. It's sashimi that uses only raw fish.
Unagi - fresh water eel ( cooked) is very good.

I agree lil cena the unagi is great, though sometimes they forget to take all the bones out.
Yeah we have musubi, spam sushi, while I do like spam I just can't eat musubi.
