a "smoothie "comes away clean as a whistle , a "shake "you have to wiggle your bum a bit !

MilkShake = ICE Cream and Milk
Ice Cream Shake = Ice Cream only
Smoothie = usually sherbert, yogart, fruit

smoothie and shake both thick except smoothie consist of fruit and heathy ingredients shake has ice cream and not as healthy ingredients artifical stuff

smoothie is smoothed ice-cream ,but shake is mixed with ice cream and white vanilla cream.smoothie is tastier.

smoothies are healthy and have fruit and yogurt in them. milkshakes should be enjoyed in moderation and don't have much nutrients.
