I work in front of a computer every day and often have to eat out on the run. I am looking for a low exercise program and a decent eating pattern - other than doing the Jared Subway thing...

As I've said before, I know a little girl who is allergic to egg, dairy, nuts (peanuts), soy, rice, fish (I think seafood too). I want to make some kind of cookies or brownies for her family...and I want her to be able to eat it too. If anyone has a more desserty recipe that doesn't include any of these ingredients, please post it. It would have to be fairly fast to make (I don't want to spend hours on it!). Thank you all so much in advance! Also, it would be great if the recipes could be made with household items...so that I don't have to go buy egg replacer, etc. Thank you!

It's a Latin American fruit where you bite the covering & then suck the fruit until you get to the seed. Mamon comes from Spanish "mamar-to suck." Weird, huh?

I like it. It tastes good.

I remember buying a box in Canada and now I can not find them in the states. I guess it would help if I knew the name of them. I only remember that come in a red box and they are shaped like those cheap wafer cookies that come in strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. They are sort of a thick cookie..

They were chewy sweets, similar to Chewits, and were around in the 80s. They came in mint and cherry flavours and I'd love to know where to buy them.
