OK, fifteen or twenty years ago, Jack in the Box was almost closed down for killing children. The reason was because they (the coorperat owners) decided they coudl save lots of money by keeping the grill temps lower than what is legally required, and of course ecoli disease is active at those temporatures, so they paid thier fines, and are now a huge chain again. why are they still in business? I know they have changed their grill temps, but shouldn't they be out of business permanentlly for killing kids intentionally? I am older, and I knew a manager that said that it wouldn't hurt anyone. I'm also a professional chef, and knew it could. A new coorperation took them over, but I'd never buy from Jack in the Box, I don't get it, why do other people?

I was planning on turning it into cheese. I was wondering if this was safe. The milk was pastuerized, but it has been in our fridge for 4 or 5 months. Now, it has been sitting out for a couple of days. It was sealed until a few minutes ago, when I popped the lid. It smelled rather sweet.

I am planning a small picnic for myself and a friend, but she doesn't like sandwiches. I am not sure what to bring, besides fruit and juice.

Anyone else have that problem. So you cook it on both sides, put it on the plate, get your drink and napkin, take it all to the table and by the time you sit down to eat it, you pick it up and it's totally soggy on the bottom? How do i prevent this? Even if i eat it right away, without taking the time to get a drink, it still gets soggy
