Oh yeah that takes me back they seemed massive to me when i was 12, bite off the top and tip what seemed like about half a pint of gooey mint cream down ya neck. Ill never forget the day i went to get 1 and found they had changed from a large, individually wrapped, cream filled pyramid; to a crappy fondant filled toblerone-esque bar; Remember that? a sad day.

I actually worked at the company that made the mint flavouring for Pyramint. It really was natural peppermint oils from China and Brazil that was distilled to give it a high strength and purity. We also distilled other peppermint and spearmint oils, and also did concentrated orange oils for Terry's, who made Pyramint and Chocolate Orange.

I haven't heard of them, but they sound good. It seems weird that they'd stop selling/making them.
