How many of you find it hard to eat healthy is the US? Between the cost and the lack of natural, healthy food...I find it very difficult. What do you think we, as a nation, could do to resolve this issue?

that a lot of supermarkets sell mainly cereals and cereal bars with chocolate, sugar etc... on them? I buy stuff without this on and it tastes fine but when I go to get it again the supermarkets stopped selling it? Its really annoying since I don't want chocolate for breakfast (maybe you do though :P)...

I eat more when I'm alone, and I often wolf down my food as well, so to speak, how about you?

For example: This past Saturday afternoon while my Lil Sweety:) was at work, I pounded 2 Big Macs, a large order of fries, and guzzled down a large coke within 8 minutes, "Buurp!" excuse me, so what do you think about that? Am I a hog or what?

I don't know why, but it's comforting to drink out of a "favorite" mug, whether it's coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, anything.

I love big mugs that hold twice the amount of tea than regular ones. My favorite one is the perfect shade of green, and is handmade. :)

Cheez whiz, velveeta, swiss, american, monterey, cheese-n-crackers, cheeseburgers, cheesecake, cheeseballs, string cheese, cheese cubes, cheese slices, ham-n-cheese, cheese fries..... I screw up my dishes all the time. The spicy spices are REALLY SPICY! Sometimes, it can ruin it badly.
