that a lot of supermarkets sell mainly cereals and cereal bars with chocolate, sugar etc... on them? I buy stuff without this on and it tastes fine but when I go to get it again the supermarkets stopped selling it? Its really annoying since I don't want chocolate for breakfast (maybe you do though :P)...

Commercials all have their target audience. The sugar coated/chocolate ones are aimed toward the young children & the health conscious ones for older people.

I love granola, but most of the time it is loaded with fat or sugars, even though too many people automatically assume that it is good for you.

The best thing to do is limit anything that is not whole-grain.

Because the two things that are guaranteed to sell in this world are sex and sugar! Men go for sex and women go for the chocolate (sugar).
