I want to be able to make just a simple-low calorie latte or any coffee and/or tea drink that doesn't require a ton of ingredients I probably don't have. Anyone have any recipes??

My boyfriend and I got into a discussin tonight about the effects of coffee vs soda. He drinks diet Dr.Pepper every morning and I drink coffee (2% milk, no sugar) in the morning. He seriously tried to tell me that his a.m. drink was healthier than mine, that caffeine was so bad for you and soda in the morning was better! He's crazy, I know.
Please tell me where I can find some articles that I can show him to shut him up.

In my previous question I stated that I have addictive personality and now I am currently trying to break my diet soda addiction. I relize that the majority of the reason that I drink soda, other than I like soda, is that I want the caffeine. I enjoy my caffeine addiction and have no current plans of breaking it.(I drink about 120 mg a day, heard ingesting under 300 mg a day could prevent cancer True?)

Any ways, My question is does anyone know of any drinks that are semihealthy but contain caffeine? I have been thinking about switching to black ice tea which I heard has caffeine in it.For me its easier to break an addiction if I can sub it for a different one.

My friends and I are going on a road trip for two weeks. There are four of us. We're buying a bunch of dehydrated food and drinks to save space. We found a place that sells dehydrated water for 60 cents per gallon, so we're thinking about buying some. How many gallons of dehydrated water should we bring? We are worried that if we don't bring enough that we would have to drink local water.

Also does evian come in dehydrated form?

I am trying to make ice tea for my daughter. I am living in England at the time and thier milk containers are in liters. I have a 2 liter milk jug and was wanting to use it. Would it be accurate to presume that I could fill it up as 2 quarts? I dont drink tea myself, I have always just used my mothers recipie so I want to make it for her.
