okay, i had a coffee, im doing romse reading hw. im so unconcentrated casue im forced to read a book in school, whichi dont really want to read. becasue of the details that bore me. so how can i boost up my energy. does sugar help, i got a twix. and no, no coke, becasue my parents dont buy soft drinks.

all i knlow is this spider woke me up a bit. i saw a random black spider in my room, i swear i alsot had a heart attack. haha. that sure woke me up man.

Monsters. Or Full Throtles. Any energy drink will keep you up. And sugar will help too.

Try honey. It is pure energy. Remember that sugar will raise your blood sugar level, but...you will have a let down later also. Try eating something light every two hours or so to keep your blood sugar level at an even level, this will keep your energy at a more constant level. when I have to read something I find boring, I have to read it standing up...less chance of falling asleep. Also, try reading out loud. If you have to, read only two or three pages at a time. Eating crunchy foods, like carrots, also helps me stay awake.

You need some carbs. Eat a bowl of cereal or a piece of toast or a biscuit.
