I'm a lifelong Southerner, and love sweet tea! My Northern friend that I talk to online says he's never had sweet tea, but that it sounds like the "iced tea" he's had before.

Are they two different names for the same thing, or are they actually made differently?

Alright. I'm 16 years old and im a really big tea fanatic. All I drink is tea, water, and occasionally juice. I don't drink any soft drinks or any carbonated drinks whatsoever because I despise of them. If I continue to drink iced tea, green tea, or any kind of tea well into adulthood, will this affect my health in a positive or a negative way?

i have a kini po-po foods pineapple tea box of twelve bags that i want to enjoy...thing is i like to drink hot tea during the evening but i am unsure if this one has caffiene. it is from hawaii..like, made and manufacured from there.
anybody know if it's caffeine free? that ingredients list black tea, natural pineapple flavor and natural passion fruit flavor. so i would assume not...i have yet to open the box so i don't know if it's gonna give me a zing or not...haha.

I can't drink coffee (absolutely hate the taste), but I really need a drink to stay awake sometimes. Full Throttle energy drinks seem to work (they don't give me jitters like Red Bull Does), but I'd like to fine something with the same effect, but no sugar or chemicals (like Full Throttle has).

Any ideas?

what energy drink do you recommend that works really good. and please don't say redbull cuz thats what i use but i was wondering if there is something stronger. Also don't say monster or full throttle cuz they suck and are just full of suger. thanks.

I'm wanting to cut out soda pop and unhealthy drinking choices in my diet by drinking more water. I've heard that drinking water can greatly improve your hair and skin/complexion.... is this true? Also, are all bottled water brands the same or is one brand better than others? I bought a bottle of Figi water today at the Gas station while running errands and noticed that it had a few ingredients listed such as silica etc which I have heard is good for skin/hair. Is this usually in all brands of water?
