I'm wanting to cut out soda pop and unhealthy drinking choices in my diet by drinking more water. I've heard that drinking water can greatly improve your hair and skin/complexion.... is this true? Also, are all bottled water brands the same or is one brand better than others? I bought a bottle of Figi water today at the Gas station while running errands and noticed that it had a few ingredients listed such as silica etc which I have heard is good for skin/hair. Is this usually in all brands of water?

What am I looking for on the "ingredients" list or on the bottle of water then? What things do I want or do I not want?

Silica sounds like you got a mineral water. I don't know if it does anything for the skin or hair, but some people don't want minerals in their water. For example, my husband swears by only bottled water that has been bottled with reverse osmosis. So all we buy is Arrowhead and Refreshe (the Safeway brand). It's up to you to decide how pure you want your water. Me, personally, I don't care what brand it is. I figure the minerals ARE good for you.

In my humble opinion, Fiji tastes the best. Not sure how or why. I'd pick Aquafina as a close second.
You will notice the difference with your skin and hair if you only drink water.
Some do contain additional ingredients. Never could figure out what those trace elements are good for, but I feel like it kind of kills the taste.

the perfect water I easily have tasted is FIJI. although, I propose paying for a Britta filter out and a reusable field. I now no longer purchase bottled water, i love the filtered water only a similar now. There are lasting outcomes on the ambience style each and every of the unrecycled bottles of water.

I think buying bottled water is a waste of money,,the only time I buy it is if im on a road trip etc,,,,there finding so much crap about the bottled water for instance that a few company's have been a scam bottling tap water and selling it: I myself just fill up jugs of tap water and keep it in the fridge,,,,,are ancestors would freak out if they even knew we were paying for water

What's "Evian" spell backwards? Yeah.
Well, my favorites are Aquafina, and believe it or not, Our Family (a generic brand). Whoever tells you they taste the same is confuzzled.
I was a little ticked when I discovered that the Nestle water did NOT, in fact, taste like chocolate.
Have a great night!

I am not sure what ingrediants you should look for my I personally favor Aquafina 1st and if I had to pick a runner up it would be Dannon spring water.

95% of them are filtered tap water
you have to read the label carefully to find out if it is not.
