Added a bit too much of the bad stuff (salt) at dinner, now suffering for it. I am so so thirsty, help me ........

I always prefer something a bit fizzy to quench my thirst, soda water is best, but lemonade comes a close second.

Lemonade is the only thing that quenches my thirst when I have had too much salt...give that a wee try x

Cup of tea works for me or just water if you have it bitter lemon is a good thirst quencher too.

2 parts OJ, 1 part bitter lemon, 1 part soda water. Loads of ice.

Any thing that is sour, will help. I drink lemonade when I have salty foods, and spicy foods as well. Good old water should help more than anything.
