In my previous question I stated that I have addictive personality and now I am currently trying to break my diet soda addiction. I relize that the majority of the reason that I drink soda, other than I like soda, is that I want the caffeine. I enjoy my caffeine addiction and have no current plans of breaking it.(I drink about 120 mg a day, heard ingesting under 300 mg a day could prevent cancer True?)

Any ways, My question is does anyone know of any drinks that are semihealthy but contain caffeine? I have been thinking about switching to black ice tea which I heard has caffeine in it.For me its easier to break an addiction if I can sub it for a different one.

Tea is good.
It is a lot healthier than soda, and it still has caffeine.
All tea has caffeine unless it says it is decaffeinated.
Also, with tea you can have a lot of variety.
There are countless brands and flavors of tea bags to try.
Everything from chamomile to mango...

Also, try coffee.
Coffee is actually pretty good for you if you don't put a lot in it.
Like tea, it has lots of healthy antioxidants. It has more caffeine than tea if you want an extra boost. Drink straight-up coffee with just enough extras to taste (not the mocha frappucino whatevers).

Learn to enjoy good coffee. Coffee is actually good for you, if you can control your consumption. Caffeine cannot prevent cancer but it can divert mild depression. Good coffee would be whole bean coffee ground at home, right before you brew it in your coffee pot. It doesn't matter if you get addicted to coffee, because after a certain length of coffee consumption, your body will not want as much any more or you may just not want to consume it as much.

I like Arizona Raspberry Tea. Lipton Green Tea with Citrus is good, too. And there's a diet version.

you could take energy drinks (red bull, red rain, etc.). I'm not sure if they're the best substitute, but I know that ice cream can keep you awake at night!
