I think the AM has caffeine or something like that in it to wake you up. The ice flavors leave a cold filling in your mouth. It's hard to explain. The rain flavors are very light.

climate that's greater healthy relies upon on what you're doing. Sitting on the settee gazing television drink water working or enjoying puzzling Gatorade will fix lots of the electrolytes (fancy term for a relatives of salts) and diverse of the carbohydrates misplaced via muscle interest and sweat. the two way Gatorade is a lot greater valuable then coolaide or soda.

Ingredient wise, there is no major difference. The big difference is in the flavor, the color and the label.

There is no added caffeine in the AM flavors. They are just supposed to be more of a "breakfast" type drink as opposed to, say, a fruit punch.

Really, it all comes down to two things: marketing and your personal preference. Me, personally, I'd go with my own taste as opposed to a focus group.

Hmm I would compare the two ingregients on the label. There probably is little difference if you compare them. It is more just a way to increase the sales of gatorade.
