The '70s comedy movie did win an Oscar, although I am pre-
judiced and I really don't care about Allen's relationship with
Mia, it's unrelated in my opinion, to the quality of his movies.
Or any actor's movies, their personal life I mean.

I understand wine and beer in moderation are good for the health, but what about liquors - Scotch in particular?

For all you Bloody Mary drinkers, what are your secrets and faves? I love Red Eye mix and a splash of green olive juice. A friend said put a spoonful of salsa in this morning. Do you use cheap or expensive vodka? I use Absolut Peppar. And salt on the rim.

So...how do you like Bloody Marys?

Lets have a poll vote to see if red or white is most popular.

I'll kick it off, red every time for me. That and a 12 year old single malt. No hangovers sticking to these two! What your fave? and are you cracking one open now?

I found this recipe on the internet for homemade brandy. I thought brandy was distilled wine, so how would this work? Would it have a high alcohol content? Thanks,.

Ingredients:
3 Qt Fruit
3 Gal. Water at 112F
1 Small Cake Champagne Yeast
10# Sugar, best is Cane, not Bee
3 Quartered Lemons

Procedure:
Stir once everyday for 7 days. Add 4# raisins. Let stand 21 days and remove fruit and siphon. Let stand 5 days, siphon and bottle. e without my Grandma's Negus. To make a long story short, on a recent visit to my grandmother's house I found the recipe and took it. It was discovered missing and I have since been disowned by my family. I thought I'd pass on the recipe to you in hopes of being invited over this Christmas."

I hope someone can help! 13 years ago I stayed at a hotel in Orlando, Florida where I had a fabulous cocktail called Mayan Gold. I remember that it had pineapple, crushed ice, coffee liquer and some other stuff. It was lovely!

I've been searching for a recipe for ages! Can anyone help me recreate this drink?

Thanks in advance :)

Someone ordering at a drive-through asked for a drink with lots of ice and told them to make certain that it was cold? Or if someone ordering pizza asked for steamed pizza because they were on a diet....

So you're stranded on a desert island. It happens to have a 120 V outlet and you have a CD player and wine cooler with Riedel stemware and a cork puller.

What wines would you want in the cooler and what music in the CD player?
