I understand wine and beer in moderation are good for the health, but what about liquors - Scotch in particular?

Scotch is a nice digestive and also has almost the same benefits of wine and beer (yes, beer) but in moderation.

Scotch build character, personality and makes everyone else around you look healthier; just try not to overdo it. One a day keeps the twitching away.

NO. And beer has no positive health benefits either. Only red wine.

No, but I drink it all the time to help soothe fears about my declining health. So, in that way, it does help!
