I made Kahlua before. It's fun, easy and makes alot. Here's the recipe I used... If you have a better one, let me know!

1/5 gallon Grain Alcohol or Vodka
8C Water
2C Dark Brown Sugar
1C Honey
½C Instant Coffee (Don’t buy generic)
6 Tbsp Vanilla (Use real bourbon vanilla, not the imitation crap)

Heat water, sugar, and honey until melted.
Add coffee crystals and simmer 30 minutes.
Cool to 110 degrees and add vanilla.
Let set for at least 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add alcohol and stir well.

Here is a list of every single Kahlua recipe. Milk and Kahlua is very simple. All you want to do is add 1 part Kahlua®, then Add milk or cream, last but not least Pour over ice.

Well, I usually do it with cream if I can, and some ice, but hey, in a pinch, milk works too. Of course, Kahlua, Baileys, ice, and cream is even better :)
