For all you Bloody Mary drinkers, what are your secrets and faves? I love Red Eye mix and a splash of green olive juice. A friend said put a spoonful of salsa in this morning. Do you use cheap or expensive vodka? I use Absolut Peppar. And salt on the rim.

So...how do you like Bloody Marys?

I like mine with red eye, horseradish, celery stalk, olives, celery salt, pepper, a wedge of lime, and the lip of the glass rimmed with salt.

Definitely Absolut Peppar. Ocean Spray Bloody Mary mix is very good, then a bit of lemon pepper and worsteshire sauce.

I like mine with V8 tomato juice-(makes me feel less guilty for splurging on the alcohol)- splash of worchestershire sauce, splash or two of cholula hot sauce, and pepper on top. I also like it with a splash of green olive juice, (skip the salted rim, but when I serve them to customers, I DO salt the rim). As far as my vodka of choice? Absolut Peppar is the one for me too! Oh, and my glass has to be a frozen glass. Yum!! I'm 37 weeks pregnant, so I haven't had a drink in a loooong time--I can't wait!

Absolute Peppar, a couple of dashes of Frank's hot sauce, a dash of celery salt, some salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, a dash of dill pickle juice and tomato juice. Mix and top off with a few twists of the pepper mill. Very spicy, but delicious!

V-8 juice, worcester, pepper, a splash of tabasco, vodka (good vodka too, not swill), a squeeze of lemon juice and a dash of horseradish. Salted rim and a stick of celery or a green onion for garnish.

I like mine made with V8 juice, lots of black pepper and salt, and extra tobasco. Absolut Vodka is my favorite. The cheap stuff will give you a headache.

I have to use straight tomato juice rather than V-8 in my mix. (V8 tastes too much like celery to me). I also throw a bit of Guiness into the mix, but use regular vodka, usually Ketel One, instead of the flavored stuff.

I love Bloody Mary's. I like things pretty mild, so I can do V8, with some pepper and a pickle. It isn't right without the pickle!
