i got a bottle for my bday and want to enjoy it hassle free. I don't want to mess with maragaritas and stuff like that. Is there an easy way like with just coke or seven up?

What does grain alcohol, ex: everclear, taste like? Can you smell it? Does it burn? If mixed with punch, does it just taste like punch?

Do all the wines have to be expensive? What types of glasses should I have? Should I serve cheese..crackers...bread? I would like to put this together for some girls that live in my community (American/military wives) I live in Germany right now, close to Italy so there are a variety of wines around here...different stuff, like sweet berry wines (but are really strong) The only thing I know about them is that there is white wine, red and blush. Do I need to get a variety of years? What type of music would you play, if any? Any tips would be great! Thanks~

Ok this never happened to me before, but now does every time. Everytime before I begin to drink, I start getting an acidy feeling in my stomach, and feel like I must throw up. This is not even after my first drink, this is before when I know I am going to the bar or something. Why does my body automatically want to throw up when it knows it will be drinking in the near future?

This never used to happen, but now it does. I have even had to run to the bathroom and throw up just by the thought of drinking.

But I enjoy drinking, its not like I hate it. I think this is all mental? Cause as soon as I throw up and then take a drink I am fine the rest of the night and never throw up after drinking, its only before I take that first drink.

I made my own cider last year and bottled it with a small amount of yeast left in the bottles as the receipe recommended. I want to try a bottle now and am not sure how to get the small amount of sediment out (as I will need to do to prevent my now clear cider going cloudy again - which I don't want). I read on the internet somewhere about turning the bottles upside down so the sediment collects in the neck and then freezing the neck (and the sediment) then you can remove it, but I cannot find this link again and wondered if anyone had any suggestions. Thank you.
