vodka generally has the least carbs of all alcohol, but they all have calories, duckie. the only way to cut back is to use a non-calorie mixer, such as club soda or seltzer water, or (gasp! recoils in horror at the thought) a diet soda. how about trying this - on saturday, get up and take a nice brisk walk together for about an hour, preferably outside. that way, you will burn off some of the calories from friday night happy hour.

Vodka and other clear spirits have the lowest amount of calories per alcohol unit. Darker ones have more but the difference is actually very slight, usually less than 10 calories per ounce, but it does vary. Bacardi actaully makes a lower calorie rum.
Diet soda and tonic/seltzer waters are the best mixers as they usually contain no calories.
Juice is the worst because although the nutritional content is healthy they have the largest amount of calories per volume of almost all mixers, more than regular soda.

anything clear usually has least amout of calories but if you mixed it with a diet soda that sound work.
Just remember to drink alot of water the following day. Alochol dehydrates you and the carbination in the soda will bloat your stomach. You want to make sure you flush your stomach after drinking

any white spirit i.e. vodka, gin etc with a slimline mixer, slimline tonic, diet coke etc but, I used to drink vodka and soda water with lemon and lots of ice when I wanted to slim whist still drinking. A shot of vodka is something like 50 calories as opposed to a glass of white wine, which is about100

Most of the image conscious ladies drink vodka and diet white soda. I believe a "skinny slutt" is vodka and diet cola of some sort.

But the combination is usually vodka and a diet soda of your choice.

But keep in mind... Drinking slows down your metabolism. So even if you don't gain a lot of calories going out drinking. It'll promote your body to store food.

I know a lot of friends that gain weight because they started drinking in college.

To counter that. My suggestion is to work out to keep your metabolism high.

Good luck.

I know people have already said a spirit and a diet mixer like slim line tonic, but make sure it's a white spirit as in Vodka Gin etc... They have less calories than dark ones like whiskey.

its got to be vodka! its also got the least amount of impurities in it so is less likely to give you a bad head the next day, that mixed with soda water and a slice of lemon/lime, not tonic though as that's got loads of artificial crap in it.

then drink a pint of water before you go to bed along with a couple off paracetamol and the chances are you wont feel it half as bad the next day!

Supposedly white wine has the least calories. One drinks of any kind is not a means of concern.

bacardi breezers have a new line out which all have half the sugar or sugar free. they taste good and u dnt have to feel as guilty afterwards.

also i think wine is quite low in calories - suppose it just depends how much you drink.
