Ok this never happened to me before, but now does every time. Everytime before I begin to drink, I start getting an acidy feeling in my stomach, and feel like I must throw up. This is not even after my first drink, this is before when I know I am going to the bar or something. Why does my body automatically want to throw up when it knows it will be drinking in the near future?

This never used to happen, but now it does. I have even had to run to the bathroom and throw up just by the thought of drinking.

But I enjoy drinking, its not like I hate it. I think this is all mental? Cause as soon as I throw up and then take a drink I am fine the rest of the night and never throw up after drinking, its only before I take that first drink.

Sounds like it's all mental. Maybe your body is telling you the alcohol isn't good for you in the only way it can. Perhaps you should get a check up at the doctors. If you are sick and you don't know it then alcohol could make things really bad for you and your body knows it.

Or maybe you just have some deep rooted bad memory of alcohol and although you don't remember, your body does. This is a really strange thing happening to you! I'd do some research and find out what's up.

It could be that you have gotten sick from drinking before and mentally you are reminded of that. Kind of like if you have thrown up certain foods before the can make you nauseous when you attempt to eat them again.

Maybe your body is trying to tell you something that you don't want to hear.
