Just about anywhere in the state of maine USA, not the well water but the city water, ours from the tap is cleaner and better tasting than any bottled water I have ever had, we put one of those filters on the sink (having moved here from somewhere else) and the filter after a year was clean as the day we put it in so we took it off......!!!

I believe you are talking about "Natural Purification" as "cleanest". Because of the miles and miles of natural filtering before reaching pure spring water capacity, Olympia, Washington could easily qualify for first, but Ely, Nevada is right in there. Good luck in your quest.

Milwaukee has one of the best water purification plants in the world. Of course, this is because of a nasty bacterial outbreak in the early nintys.

Whatever town doesn't use florination.
If you check out the real story and science behind it, it's actually a way to dispose of chemical waste.

I live in Michigan (Great Lakes) but i would say Boulder Colorado.
