I just turned 21, and this is my first year organizing any kind of conventional New Year's Eve party. I'm just curious what kind of champagne to go with, based on the quality/year/price, that sort of thing. Any suggestions?

I am hosting Christmas dinner at my house for the first time and want to inpress my guests. I love to cook, but have never cooked with wine. I am looking for an inexpensive wine that will work well with brisket. I also want to make a wine sauce. Please be name specific. Thanks for your help.

For some reason, I'll come home and pull the tap and nothing comes out. I find that if I lift the handle on the coupler and retap it, it will work. What is causing this? the Co2 seems fine. I don't understand.
