Most expensive doesn't mean the BEST!
Figure out if the person likes the flavor of vodka first.
If they mix their vodka, buy VOX, as it is a nice vodka and you can't taste it or smell it.
If they like vodka, I don't think you can go wrong with Belvedere or Greygoose.

The best vodka I have ever had was Luksusowa, a Polish potato vodka. It is a little hard to find, but their website has a link you can use to buy it online.

You don't have to blow a wad for a fantastic bottle. I'd go with Stoli or Grey Goose. Make sure its a potato vodka, some are made with rice.
