NO it is called a frozen soft drink.

Scientifically speaking all drinks are really a soft drink. Above 32 degrees Fahrenheit everything is considered a liquid after it freezes it is now a hard drink a.k.a. ice. So the true question should be why are only certain drinks called soft drinks?

I make slush like shave ice, and a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream. we call it a slush-float in Hawaii. Kenny's Restaurant makes the Best!
