I have collected a few sloes, not many, someone had been there before me.

Looking for the gin bottle. Is it too late for Christmas? I am looking for experience rather than recipes which I can look up myself. It is syrupy or like gin, the final product? Sweet or sour?

The pure cocoa how long can you keep it? I don't see anything wrong or anything crawling around in it. Also, Homemade cookie dough, does it freeze ok.

I need to make 4 different types of daiquiris (peach, strawberry, mint & pineapple) in fairly large quantities for a function. Is it ok to freeze, or at least refrigerate, them overnight? Would that effect the alcohol level somewhat? (which, considering it's for a bunch of uptight engineers, wouldn't be such a big problem!)

I think the answer is ideally none or just one at a push. My friend thinks that if he has 2 glasses of wine and a pint he is ok. I can't get through to him that even if he doesn't feel drunk he is over the limit. Am I right???

I know they have various brewing methods, yeasts, etc, but what about flavor, alcohol content, etc?

I'm also looking for new flavors to try. I like smooth darker beers like Fat Tire and Black & Tan, with my favorite being Jeremiah Red by B.J.'s brewery. Any suggestions along those lines?

Thanks!

Is it rude to bring alcohol over to some1's, and if no1 drinks it, to bring it back home with you?
..a friend of mine is planning on bringing booze over to a friends house of mine, and i told her no1 probably really drinks, but she felt like bringing some anyway and said if worse comes to worse..no1 drinks it..she will have some to drink for the weekend.

but from what i was told, doing that is rude. is this true?
