The pure cocoa how long can you keep it? I don't see anything wrong or anything crawling around in it. Also, Homemade cookie dough, does it freeze ok.

I have had Hersheys cocoa on my kitchen shelf for over a year. I used some this week, sifted it amd made a chocolate cake. It came out all right!

pure cocoa keeps for a very long time. if youre wary about using it, check the expiration date. if it looks and smells okay, (maybe even taste it..) then it should be just fine to use. homemade cookie dough freezes quite nicely. it thaws well, and doesnt attract funny tastes or odors as long as it is covered. good luck!! :)

i could propose as much as 3 days, it particularly is not extremely perishable it extremely is extra to do with 2 issues, one million. the rice bubbles will grow to be a sprint comfortable/soggy & 2. they have an inclination to take up different flavours around them. you're good, the superb thank you to save them is in the refrigerator, ideally in an air-tight field yet draw close wrap will do.
