i love squirty cream right, but the button thing is always hard to push so then you hardly get anything, then it only becomes loose when the stupid things empty, i find it annoying!!!

This is just about the best way to eat these little delights! Bite both ends off a Cadburys chocolate finger & use as a straw to drink your tea! Takes a bit of practice to get the temperature & length of use right but with repeated tries, it's the best way to drink tea throught a "straw"! Of course - don't forget to eat the rest of the chocolate finger too! What tea breaks are made for.

I made a bechamel sauce for the first time in years and I couldn't get the lumps completely out, even after resorting to using an electric whisk. Eventually had to strain it.
Any tips on how to make it - without lumps.

I have a few American cookbooks and they sometimes state that you should add a stick of butter. Does anyone know exactly how much this is in ounces or grams? I don't think it is a full pat of butter.....??
