How much does it cost them per pizza to produce, in pounds sterling! Thanks!

150% + everytime or more. Pizza costs £1.00 to make they charge £12.00 for example- advertising- overheads- cost of supplies.

but it is convenient- how many people will bring a meal round for you, that you need no plates or knives and forks for when you've have too many beers to heat up the frozen pizza you bought for £1.99?

I think most places try for a profit margin of 30%.
