Please tell me how to make the perfect Cottage Pie. I have such a craving for it!
All I have is the mince, mushrooms, potatoes, onions and carrots. Do i need anything else?

I'm not really interested in Mexican or Chinese. I figured I would drop the barbeque aside and put the hot dogs back on the cabinet. And pizza is a big no no.
