He has never promised to leave his wife and has never promised me anything long term. It is very hard to break things off with him becuase I really have it made at my job. I get paid very well and I have a lot of perks and freedom. He is always doing nice things for me and he has never, ever mistreated me or even raised his voice. He pampers me and babies me silly and always lifts my spirits. I have never experienced love like this before, he is my mentor, my best friend, my father figure, and so much more, even though I know it is wrong I am miserable without him. I try to date but no one ever seems to measure up to him. Am I going to have to quit my job in order to move on with my life and get over this man? Please help...any advise you can offer will be appreciated.

I was at a party trying to get this guy to notice me, and then this short guy comes over and starts trying to talk to me.

I just kept looking at the floor and not saying a word to thus encourage him, but he just would not go away,

and then he started asking me what was "wrong", he was so creepy

I just kicked him in the balls.

Ladies how do you handle short men trying to talk to you in public???

And why don't they know to just stay away?

so i'm losing basically All confidence lately that i used to have because i just basically got played by two seemingly Sweet guys.. who turned out to be players and now "like someone else" better than me i guess. would any of you guys date a girl like me...
i am 17. i'm about 5' 7" i'm not fat or anything either.. or ugly (so i have been told i'm "hot" - i don't think so just saying that's what i've been told i'm cute) i'm extremely caring.. probably too much so because it tends to get me crushed. I am Very trusting.. probably also too much so again. I don't judge anyone.. i don't believe in anyone being "out of my league" because i say you never know Who that perfect person will be. I'm really shy at first once you first meet me.. but after you get to know me i get to be my fun talking self... my mind just seems to 'go blank' when i Really like a guy. but if a guy ever would give me the Chance to be his gf i know i would think the world to him.. i tend to think of others 1st

Alright, I'm in high school, and I really like my female friend. I'm not sure whether she likes me or not. Sometimes, it seems like she does, but other times, it doesn't. But anyway, I've learned that her parents don't let her go out much, and only when they really know the person. I've met her parents, but don't really know them, so I don't know if it's just an excuse or not. But anyway....I've decided to try other girls. I think I've accepted the fact that she might not like me as anything more than a friend. However, even though I might look for other girls, I really like this girl a lot, and I'm gonna continue to be her friend. I'm not sure if she knows I like her thought. No, I'm not just gonna tell her lol. What are some things I can do in the meantime to SUBTLY let her know I like her? Like, what can we talk about, what can I ask her, what can I do?? lol.

i'm not sleeping with him or doing anything else with this man we have in the past (last summer) i didn't know anything about this marriage back then and his friends that he knew for years and co-workers say that he had a divorce i don't even see him like that and when we do hang out we are with alot of friends my friend keeps telling me that i should'nt be friends with him and she makes me feel very bad about it...she tells me that God is wactching me and i'm in the wrong and that she's offended ....it's not like i'm with him saying"hey leave your wife for me" i'm not like that i have plenty of friends that are married and they are fine....the thing that hurts me is that she doesn't even know this guy and she's telling me not to hang out with him i'm friends with her husband too so what is the difference?

I love my boyfriend and he is soo good to me and i've never been happier, but I get frustrated by some of the things he does.Like sometimes he plays video games too long. Its like he's not into the same things as myself and Im way ahead of his time and dosen't seems to be paying attention when Im trying to have an converstation tv on or off. Will these things eventually wear me out and would I be better off with someone older?

I treated my ex l;ike crap and he broke up with me. I love him and want him back. Usually I acted bad towards him when he was smoking weed. I know it is not good, but I knew he smoked when I met him. I just acted crazy over it. I should not have , it is not worth ruining a 2 yr realtionship. I want him back. He said he can't stand me anymore b/c of all my nagging. Please help. I was at the mall with my BFFLFEMLG and this guy was like all over me, so I was all like HEY. He looked at me and his hair was all perfect like mine, yall'! I know that's shocking that his hair could be as cute as mine but like whatevs. We got a Jamba Juice from the food court and was all talking about Jamba Juice and how tastey it was. You know? So we've been like dating for two weeks ya'll. I love him like LOTS & LOTS! So I go to say bye, and swap spit and stuff. And my hands get all gooey from his hair gel. Like ewwwww! That's so 1997!! What do I say. I love him LOTS & LOTS! This is like real loves. He gets me a Jamba Juice always, and we share pizza and stuff.
It's so over, and he's kind of smelly too. Like really reals!

We have been dating over a month, talked for two.The other day she told me she is not seeing anyone else. So a few days later we were joking around about her being my bodyguard just to keep other girls away from me and have me for herself and I got worried that I gave her the wrong impression, like I was 2 timing her. So in all my wisdom I decided to send her a message telling her that I may take things slow, but I don't have time to juggle;) I was hoping she understood that means that although I am trying to give us both time and don't want to rush things (she has been hurt alot in the past) I am not seeing anyone else either.

Well either that scared her off or she is thinking about taking things to the next level because she read the message and did not reply yet. In the past when she read and replied later it was because she was considering breaking up with me or taking me back. Both of which have already happened before.

What do you think it will be this time?

there's this guy that is a couple years older and i have secretly liked him for a while, but we've only actually been friends a couple months. anyway, we're pretty good friends now and it is implied that we are couple material (he waits for me, sits next to me instead of other girls, and we hug a lot), but apparently i'm too quiet and my friend says she thinks he's waiting to figure out whether or not he actually wants to date me. i want him to so much, and there are plenty of great opportunities for him to ask me out coming up, what should i do? should i play it cool, or invite him on a date next weekend? should i make a move or wait?
