I won't lie. Cheating is something too hard to forget. You're going to have to trust her and remember that she isn't the one who cheated, you are. It's the least you can do.

If you loved her to begin with then you would not have cheated on her. That is the fact. Did you tell her you would never cheat on her? You did. Why should she trust you now? Move on and learn from your mistakes. Maybe then you can get past this. Or at least take a break from one another. That will give you both time to think about the situation.

It will go away unless you cheat on her again. You feel paranoid becuse you know you did something wrong you should be punished and in ypur cas and for all cheaters its by being cheated on yourself, so basicaly you know you have it coming and dont believe her when she says she wont do it again. So you have to ask yourself if you can in fact trust her or not, is she vengeful or forgiving?

i'm going through the same thing. in our minds we're thinking that if we're capeable of cheating, then our partners are too.... i always need to know where he's at almost like a jealous stalker.. but not that bad... anyways just tell your gf that you want an honest relationship, and if she cheats, you have the right to know.

at the end of the day if you punish her for something you have done that is not fair on her, if your worried you will split up i would stop getting so jealous etc because otherwise it will ruin your relationship - its like a butterfly if you want it to stay then have it cupped in your hand and keep it warm and safe, if you suffocate it too much it will die and thats what your doing to your relationship, suffocating it because of guilt and lack of trust

i have one thing that will help you. it's not nice though but it's the only way i delt with that.
tell yourself it WILL HAPPEN and that she deserves it. plain and simple.
you will hurt her even more and chase her away if you keep stalking her. im serious. you'll make her run to someone else.
just expect it and respect her for who she is and if your lucky she won't do it.
but u should have never done it. now yhou will haunt yourself for the rest of your relationship unless you control you throughts and feelings.
remember. just be loving to her and make it up to her all the time by taking good care of her and trusting her but in your mind make sure you be prepared to forgive her for doing it to you too.
good luck

She will cheat back on her.
I would suggest to move on and find a new gf.

I think it will go away but you can't lay your guilt at her doorstep and make her feel like she has to watch her every move. Trust is a two way street.

The fastest way to make your girlfriend dump you, is by being as jealous as you, wanting to know what she is doing, who she's with and where she's at every second......you need to back off if you don't want to destroy your relationship further.
