Just be brutally honest. Say I am not interested in you and I don't give my number out to just anyone. This way they understand loud and clear that you are not interested in them, and in most cases will not bother asking again. When women try to be nice about things like this, men think they are just playing hard to get, and they will bug you even more. Trust me, I have a lot of guy friends. They agree with me. Brutal honesty works best.

The best way is just give them a wrong #. All they'll do is keep asking until you get sick of it. Not so nice but it works.

hate having to reject people, ugh if the answers no what can you do,tell him that you find his request flattering but its just not a possibility. dont make up a lie I'd rather be hurt honestly .

Tell them that you have a boyfriend. If you don't and they know it, just tell them you're not looking for anyone right now....not in the market.

look online to see if you have an "rejection hotline" number. so give them that number instead of yours.
