They seem to respect women more and not as touchy-feely... the virgins. It really depends on their body language, their personality, and how they act around the opposite sex.

If you see hes always got girls on his lap, chances are he is not a virgin.
If hes quiet or shy he is a virgin, thats probally the most easiest way.

yup
he will say hes had 3 girls in his time, and if you give him some hand action he will shoot his goo rather quickly and then get very shy....
this never happened to me......
