I have a dilemma with my boyfriend and I making time for our relationship. We have been together for about nine months now and we have a lot in common. We both went to the same high school together almost during the same years and we both work for the same employers at a very large hospital with multiple office locations scattered about the city. He is a registered nurse and Im a clerical associate. When we met it was a blind date and we suddenly started feeling each other and we love each other alot. At first we really didnt spend a lot of time with each other at first but we would spend maybe a day a week together or so. But he now goes to school to further is career and he has to take extra shifts at the hospital and doing home visits because of the extreme nursing shortage. He's very depressed that he is guilty that we dont spend time with each other because of his demanding career. Im a little depressed about it too, but I told him that I understand and there really isnt much he can do on his end. We stillk talk on the phone a few days a week and visit each other a few times a month but he cant just say to his employer that I cant do extra shifts because they will indeed fire him on the spot. And he also is a full-time student his grades are starting to slip because he's strapped on time on getting his assignmentsout handed in on time and he has fallen behind seriously. The reason he is a student is because he wants to further his career and become a nurse practioner with better hours and more freedom. I am willing to work out a compromise with him and work out something together like soon move in together and possible getting married. I believe in him and I know he's not playing games with me and every time I talk to my younger girlfriends about it they seem to always have to come up with some excuse why he is no good. He called me and expressed his frustrations with me and try to arrange something. I love him and would not abandon him and in a way its making our relationship much stronger because of our absence from each other.He has had previous relationships that his girlfriends ended up breaking up withg him, but Im willing to keep myself busy with other things that it doesn't affect me in a huge huge way and Im willing to wait. Any suggestions to make him feel more at ease?

I meet the most beautiful kinedst woman i get into a relationship and the relationshp is good then all of a sudden i think for some reaseon the relationship isint right so i leave it because deep down in my mind i want the perfect relationship but i do know there is no such thing as the perfect relationship. its as if i think i can do beter its reallyu anoyeing how do i settle down for a bit without getting this feeling

My boyfriend and I have been together for +1.5 years. He doesn't say "I love you" all the time, but he calls a couple of times a day. He's a police officer and calls me at the end of his shift so that I don't worry. He's helping me do improvements on my place. He's fixed my car & given me car repair lessons. And he's asked me to plan a small vacation for us next month.

I know he loves me, but I find it interesting that he uses actions instead of words (this is new to me) and it's amazing how much more it means.

So, is this how men show love? If so, it's great!

I split wit the love of my life 5 months ago,we were really in love. She dumped me cus she thought i didnt trust her cus of a message she got,it was sent by my sis but i took the blame cus of family probs in r house. I near died wit a wee prob and my mum had a cancer scare. She was upset i didnt tell the truth. She went in2 depression wen we split. It’s been 9 months since we’ve split up after we went out for 3 months. She told me two months into our relationship that she loved me. She dumped me after some guy tried to take her back to his hotel room while she was out with friends. When she dumped me she told me she loved me but she wasn’t in love with me.

I really care about her so even though I didn’t understand why she dumped me I accepted her decision because I want her to be happy. Since then we have been seeing each other and snogging and having sex. However after this happens she gets very upset and tells me that we cannot be together.

There are lots of occasions when I’ve been there for her without us snogging and having sex. A few days ago she told me that she didn’t want me to stay over any more or hold her or touch her.

We haven’t spoken for a while and I am at a loss about what to do because I really miss her but I don’t want to make her upset anymore. She’s upset and won’t say why. Any advice appreciated

Everyone asks us if we are going out but we always say no..then we look at each other and smile. We go everywhere together, mall, movies, dinner, lunch, school (5 out of 8 classes with him, and we sit by each other in every last one, including lunch) We hangout every weekend. I sometimes go to his house too. We smack each others butts, sometimes give hugs, walk to class together (we DONT hold hands tho.)

These are some signs I think he is showing:
1) he gave me his phone to take home with me to take pic of myself
2) he smiles a lot
3) he goes wherever i want(even if he really doesnt want to, like the mall)
4) touches me a lot (smacks my butt, gives me hugs, plays around a lot)
5)goes out to dinner, movies, other places
6) talks on the phone for hours at a time
7) smiles when other people ask us if we are going out
8) makes great eye contact.

BUT:::
1) he said he might like this other girl..could he be saying that so he can see my reaction so he can see if i like him?

My boyfriuend of @ a year and I went on an amazing 10 day vacation together. When we returned we were apart for a week and he just said the above when I shared my feelings with him. I should say that although we often talk in terms of future things we will do together, that we have never said"I love you". I am dying to, but I am afraid. Is it me, or was that response odd? My boyfriend and I have been dating for 9 months, and he was unemployed from the moment I met him. This meant lots of free time together over the summer. Then he went to college and came back not soon afterwards. We started seeing each other daily when I started college and my new job.

Last week, he was hired on the spot by my boss in Menomonee Falls (my boss owns six separate car dealerships). He's going to be working 60 hours a week, thus leaving me to get used to not having him around. I ended up yelling at him twice already because I feel left out and alone. It doesn't help that I've been feeling under the weather for an entire week, and my nerves are shot. Is it normal for me to feel this way?

We have a child together and we have never not been seeing eachother. He also has another child which he kept secret from me. I found out from a friend of mine. He got married last summer and kept that from me too. Which I also found out from a friend. He even put our kid in the wedding and I never knew about it.
