Singles & Dating - 3 March 2007

I always see my bf on weekends as we live quite far away, I cant just nip round in 10 mins. Was meant to see him this weekend, he was meant to be down at my house. He usually comes around dinner. He said on Thursday that he'll be late because hes going to the pub to watch the footy. Then he said he can only have one pint so he can come down to me. He said he'll come down after the footy, then it changed to tomorrow as he wants to drink and get pissed with his mates. Should i be annoyed? I am pissed off that he changed his plans with me to see his mates. It totally ruined my weekend, and tomorrow cant see him because he'll be tired and hungover all day. Feel like he puts me last and football and mats first. He obviously says its not true, but thats how i feel. Anyone else feel like this with their partners? If i am seeing him at the weekend, and someone invites me out, I feel i shouldnt go because i have made plans with bf, and I say no i cant.

So there's this guy at my school and he is perfect. He looks good, smart, athletic, and so nice. He's perfect. I'm really good friends with him, and he lives down the strret. We always hang out together and he's like my best friend. I never realized what a good boyfriend he would make. We are always flirting and people always tell me to get with him. I really like him now and i don't know how to tell him i like him. I can't just go up to him and be like "You are fyne. Will you go out with me?". ahahaha' Yeaa buh i really need some advice on how to make it more obvious that i like him.

let's say a guy that you like calls you when hes drunk with his friends, but his friends are the ones that call you from his phone. then the guy you like comes on the phone and says im so sorry, my friends were calling all the girls in my phone does it really mean they were or is it a cover up so it doesnt look like he was just calling you?

it is so:
- i fell inlove with a guy 2 years ago...
- we talked and decided just to be friends
- his best friend was in germany, so we started talking a lot about everything: music, films, our personal lives
- then his best friend comes back and he stops talking to me, doesn't even says hello
- we both have theater class together, so i see him ev'ry week...
3 months ago i asked him what' wrong
he said that
we were different people
his friends didn't like me (they never did)
my problems depressed him
he said we could be friends anyway (that was weird)
now he only says hello and goodbye and only when their friends are far away...
my friends told me he's dumb and i should forget him, but i do miss our conversations and i know that deep inside he is nice and it makes me really upset having to work with him almost without speaking to him... we have a theater play in the end of the school year...
it upsets me too that his friends make fun of him in his back...
what to do?

i've been emailing this guy over the internet. he asked for my phone number and i gave it but i told him to send me text messages only because i can't accept phone calls at work. but we still kept in touch though. he texted me, then emailed me that same week. friends have been telling me i should ask him out. but i was thinking, if he was interested in my phone number, why hasn't HE asked me out? i don't mind asking him out, but i was just wondering why he's not the one doing the asking?

also lately, he's been emailing less and less and i have a feeling that he's starting to lose interest. what can i do to keep him interested?

I meet someone new and after 10 min. when I found out where she comes, what she does, why is she there, so on... Last weekend I went to my hometown (5 hours away) I spent the weekend at my friends house which has 2 male roommates. We drank alot and had so much fun. 2 of them went to bed and it left me and one of the roommates alone. We watched tv, talked and the next thing his hand was on my leg and we ended up having great sex. I was supposed to leave the next day but ended up staying another night. Again we drank alot and had awesome sex! I woke up in the morning with him sleeping next to me and when I got up he grabbed my arm and asked if I was leaving. I was going to warm up my car. When I was ready to leave he walked me to the door no kiss hug or anything just a drive safe. He has asked my friend if I enjoyed myself this last weekend, neither of us got th eothers number. He is moving a hour away from me next month. I really like him and he has a great personality. How do I know what he wants? Wouldn't he have said something? like we have been going out for almost 8 months and she wants a break. I've heard that some people act this way because they think that the other is better than them and they don't want them to realize it? Like they have to beat the other down to prop themselves up? Have you ever done this or know of cases like this? Is this true or is it just that people really think you're worthless?
My exboyfriend would put me down a lot, and insult me, but defend himself saying that it was the truth. He said nice things about the way i look, and then later he would tell me i'm ugly, and very specific about why. Sometimes he said he didn't tell me how much he liked me because i would be all cocky about it. But i know i don't look anything like his 'ideal' woman. I just didn't know what to believe anymore.
