Your girl looks really confuse and she is the root of the problem as to why you are so confuse.
First, look deep into your heart to see if you still like her. If no, just reject her.
If yes, look for her and trash things out. Try to reach an understanding. I do believe that the problem of "not getting enough of you" is still there so try to find out what it is about and how to go about solving it.
You don't need to reply her quickly. Ask her to give you a few days of time alone to think things through, and that you will call her after that. Take your time to consider it carefully before you answer her. Remember, yes or no, also have to tell her face to face.

Wow, it sounds like this girl has ISSUES, and this is what you can look forward to for the rest of your relationship if you stay with her, this on again off again crap! You don't realize in two days what "real love is" maybe she panicked at the thought of being alone, maybe she had someone else lined up, and when THAT fell through came crawling back to you, maybe she genuinely missed you. Either way, I think her off/on switch is not nice, and plays havok on your feelings, but truthfully you have to think, do you WANT to be back with her? If so, call her up to get together for lunch, meet somewhere to "talk things out", if you are "over" her then move on, tell her she had her chance and your afraid of her sudden180 will 180 back around to not wanting you around and you don't want to put up with it. But you have to decide whether you want her back or not, if you do, then even if it's not right, you will feel miserable thinking you gave up something good.
