maybe in her eyes you came on too strong, be her friend first it may be the slowest process but its the best. Let her get to see your qualities without pushing them onto her, its not always about flirting. Be yourself with her and try not to give her that false impression by being someone your not. It also depends on whether your looking for a relationship with her or a fling. If its a fling then give up.
