I really like this my neighbor and i think he just might like me but when i try to work it into the conversations that i have with my mom to ask her for advice, she just laughts and talks about how weird it would be for me to date him. she still dosent know that i like him. should i tell him and hope for the best or should our relationship just stay friends?

Alright.

So, there's this girl. Not just any other girl, this girl is the only thing on my mind from the time I wake up till the time I fall asleep.

Why is this? Because I can't seem to figure out how to ask her out. I get really, really nervous and can't keep my composure around her.

So here's the trouble: a kid asked her to a dance at another school. I don't know if this means she's going out with him, but I've heard from someone that she doesn't want to go out with him.

I know she likes me, I just can't approach her and ask her out... and now I'm not even sure if I should ask her out.

I've been pondering this for a good 2 weeks now (vacation and all this week, among failed attempts at talking to her ( quote: "Hi Rebecca... uhh... uuhm... I... well... I just... *Bell Rings* I gotta go..")) and I can't seem to figure this out.

I'm hoping you girls (preferably girls who have experienced this only on the other end) and guys can help me with this, because I have nowhere else...

i meet this guy throuh email and he's the bestfriend of my cousin. .
i lke him so much,until such time he went here and visit me and hang out with us,but things didnt work out for the both of us, we are both disapointed n ech oder and we really feel bad and regret the things we didnt do when were togeder, ,when he went back to his place we still talked through YM and
email me,he told me he LIKES me but im very confuse and skptikal if his teeling the truth and do really like me, i can sometimes feel it but most of the time i CANT. .
he even told me that his falling for me and i am too but I AM FALLING so badly. .i really love him so much. .

I have been a regular at a bar similar to Cheers for about two years. I have a lot of friends there - it is the kind of place you can walk in by yourself and know you will always see a friend there. Its a hangout. Anyhow a new bartender started there in Jan, an attractive girl, and a recent college grad. She is pretty but I was really impressed by what she does for a day job, what she said, and her down to earthness. Over the course of a month, I warmed up to her. we talked. First she openly stated that she didnt have a boyfriend. Next she started dating someone casually but stated outright that it wasnt going anywhere. So I asked her out. Long story short, she said yes, but I came to realize over time that she meant NO! Meanwhile she broke up with the other guy. Now when I go into the bar, there is always a freaky vibe. If she is with her friends, she whispers to them and they look at me. Now Im freaked out and confused.. havent talked to her since other than cordially.

I really like my friend, let's call him carl. We've been friends for a long time. I like him and he likes me but I've been waiting for him for a long time. He isn't "allowed" to date until he's fifteen. I'm pretty tired of waiting around for him.
His best friend(lets call him tom) used to like me, and i'm pretty sure he still does, but he hasn't done anything since he knows carl likes me.
They're both cute, and I like both of them, just tom a little less than carl. I feel like I have to wait for carl, and I guess I just want to know that I have options, but I'm afraid that if I go after tom I could ruin something tangible that I might have with carl.
How do I choose what to do? Do I keep waiting for carl? or do i go after tom? I'm so confused. please help?!?

Alright, here's the situation. There has been a girl at my school that I have wanted to meet for a long time. I finally went and introduced myself about a week ago. I asked her about a class she was in, and we talked for a couple of minutes. When I introduced my self and shook her hand, she kind of laughed and then told her name. A couple days later I saw her again and said hi. She said hi back and I sat down next to her at a computer in the library. She didn't say anything else to me though. I don't know what to think. Also when I see her other places, she never says hi, but if I say hi, she will anser back. Does she want to be my friend or is she not interested and just being polite? Or is she just shy and doesn't talk much? Thank you for answering!

Okay here's the thing. Im not seeking perfect answers i just thought i would see what other people think about my situation.

ahem: last year i heard a rumor this guy liked me. over the summer i emailed him asking him about it. he never replied to that email. ever since this year began he hasnt come anywhere near me or spoken to me. When last year, it was completely different.

I have come to the conclusion that he is indeed purposely avoiding me. Someone told me it's because he does like me. But i dont want to jump to conclusions because thats stupid, especially with my kind of luck.

and FYI he asked someone else out, (and was rejected) earlier this year.

If you care enough to do so, i would love your opion on this.

Here is my problem.... I have been dating my now fiance for over 18 months and we just got engaged. He is wonderful. Absolutely perfect. I had been in a few bad relationships in the past where the men have lied and cheated many times but my fiance is not like that at all. But now at times I start thinking about other guys, especially my college boyfriend who totally broke my heart. My question is- what should I do? Continue planning the wedding?? My ex from college even sent me flowers for valentines day and we broke up over 2 years ago!! He says that he has changed and wants to be with me. I know that I could never do that because he would just cheat on me in the end. I know in my head that my ex is bad for me but the kid in me misses him and what we had (even though our entire relationship of five years was just him cheating and me crying). I'm so confused.
