I would love it if a guy took me on a hike at night or in the evening (or just on a walk down the road). Then say something romantic like "Your face looks so pretty when the moon shines on it." or something like that.

Ask her to take a walk in the park with you. Hold her hand . pick the nearest flower and give it to her. Look her in the eyes and tell her that you care about her. then kiss her on the cheek. that is a start to bigger kisses.

this kinda sounds like my questioin. i myself am wondering about the where, but guessing you are still young, all you need to do is give her a quick peck on the lips
