OK? You mean the girlfriend that killed his dog and burned his house down? Or the girlfriend that dumped him and taunted him for the last year? Or was it the girlfriend who agreed mutually that they had nothing more to share and are still on speaking terms? OBVIOUSLY it depends on the INTENSITY of FEELINGS still remaining between the two...And unless they are both sociopathic monsters there will be feelings - good or bad I don't know. So, is it ok? You should explore how they feel about each other (should be easy with your best friend). If the intensity is too high, then NO. Otherwise yes. (Assuming you want to behave as a good friend to your best friend).
