I was in the gym today and, I was looking at a girl in the mirrior while working out. I think she was stareing at me to ahahha anyways after the workout i went ot wait for the bus by the bust stop i strike up a conversation she starts smileing and laughing we shake hands and then she says well ill probaly see u in the gym sometime ahhah

Um yes that is flirting. But you should have gotten her number, or maybe next time you see her. Say you want to get to know her and such. She might really like you and not just flirt because she can.
