Singles & Dating - 5 February 2007

I met this girl about a 2 month ago,in the begining she was texting,me like 20 times a day,and phoning me all the time,then after a while of going out together and having a great time,she stopped texting me and seemed cold.Now im crazy about this girl,so i kept contact with her,then out of the blue she says shes coming to stay with me for a few days..the days leading up to her coming,she was again texting/calling me saying she missed me,and i was on her mind..So she stays with me we have a great time..she goes back home,,and now same again,shes being cold with me and confusing the hell outta me.not calling or texting..only thing i can think is she was in a serious relationship before,and aparently got screwed up by the break up..I dont want to be the one whos always contacting her first..im so confused and hurt..so guys whats up with her hot/cold attitude..im going crazy here..what should i do?

my boyfriend doesnt trust me anymore. he thinks im cheating.. and i've read a couple of answers on other users and it means he's cheating. but could it be tru. he keeps asking me that. and he keeps asking if if i really want to be with him and if i'm sure about it. he also lives and 1 hour 30 mins away frum me. i dont get to c him much. :( and ppl say im dum cuz he could b cheating. but he's always txting me and calling me 24/7. but now he keeps getting txt messages and fone calls cuz i can hear tha beeps when we talk on the fone. he says its his mom, or his cuzin or his best friend. this used to never happen and now its happening all the time... HELP PLEASE. tell me wut u honestly think...

My ex and I have a 7 yr old daughter together. I unwittingly was his mistress when we were together. He told me he had children, but that the relationship was over. A BIG LIE. After I found out they were still an item, i broke it off with him. Long story short, he has provided very little support for my daughter over the years. I settled into a relationship while my daughter was still young, and this guy has been really terrific with her. She calls her biological father her "Stepdad," and her stepfather is Daddy - although she fully understands how this all works. He calls from time to time and my daughter enjoys talking to him. My question is, after all this time, why am I still flattered at his advances?? He married the woman he was dating but they are currently going through a divorce. He has been calling and telling me he still cares about me. I am not dumb enough to believe him, I just don't understand why I even still entertain his conversation, or find it flattering.

I cant believe it, girls are scary, they smother you. Whenever you get closer in a relationship they smother you and then you must do what they say or you feel like crap and break their hearts. AHHHHH! i thought i was fearless, i was just having fun with girls and a girl likes me alot, and i like her but i dont like her. AHHHH! help this is killing me, do all girls do this or what? Is this one cursed? help me! i dont want her hurt i mean !!! how do you just like someone like that, this blindsided me very bad.

i went out on a date for the first time with my neighbor of 2 years.
there is a language barrier, i speak little spanish as he speaks little english. well we went out on this date and he told me lots of things, first of all he was scared of my childrens father, he didnt want any drama with that, he also told me he liked my kids and he had been watching me for a long time, so was i. i think we like eachother but i get a feeling he would want more if my childrens father was not living with me, well he and i went to a bar and got pretty wasted, he told me how much he liked me and i was very comfortable with him, we did sleep together and i went home, the next day i called him, he told me he would call me back, no phone call all week, well a week went by and i didnt hear anything from him, so the following friday i went to his house to see what was wrong, he said nothing, well we ended up messing around again, but he had to stop cause he was worried.,
is he not interested in me?

So there's this guy who's been dropping all these hints that seem to show that he likes me. He says that he would go out with me, that he thinks I'm funny, that he wishes other girls were as cool as me, that he wants to hang out with me, how he thinks we should go see a movie together, that he'll buy me a puppy for my birthday (not really obviously, but it was a nice gesture), etc. Yet, he often brings up his ex-g/f and now he's talking to me about how he likes this girl and how she's trying to get with someone else and how he's upset about that.

Why does he do that? It's so frustrating.

My girlfriend and I love each other, but I'm likely moving away in 3 months to go back to school, and she can't come with me because of her job.

I never really sowed my wild oats (I'm 26) and neither did she, and neither of us is a fan of long distance relationships. Should this be one of those "If you love someone, set them free" situations, or should we be faithful for 3 years and see each other once every six months?

...like things that are considered "guy-ish". For example, sports, paintballing, video games.

Assuming, of course, that she likes them in balance. Can throw a football properly. Can carry on a decent painballing game or beat/do well in a few video games.

Or do guys prefer girls who are totally girly and would never think of getting their nails dirty? Girls, which do you prefer to have as friends?

When I graduate high school, me and my boyfriend are planning on getting an appartment together. I mean we're going to the same college and everything, and It's not like it's gonna be just us. I have two of my best friends moving in too, not to mention one of my boyfriend's friend is gonna come too. Do you think that it's a real bad idea that a boyfriend and a girlfriend live together @ this young of an age? Or is it ok because were gonna have other friends there? Plus, nothings gonna "Happen" we are both waiting. So good idea or bad?

i am 17 year old boy....everything in my life was going just fine.....i scored first division in my final exam.....my 17th birthday was also full of fun.....until i need to hear this news that my parents ...that they are getting a divorce : ( ....i just couldnt bear the pain of loosing my mom cuz she is my best friend and we have been always together all times...she loved me and was there in everstep....i cant live without her....
on top of that....my relation with my gf was also over at the same time....she said she found someone who she is in love with...i said its ok....but i really feel hurt from it and i wished she would still love me but thats just a dream......
this life just sucks.....i lost the one.....my parents are leaving.....should i give up?....what should i do?...i don't have friends also ....cuz i am abroad in foreign country for my higher studies...and i havent made much of friends over here.....
