This sounds like a stupid question, but I was living in a region of the country that whenever I would ask a couple how they met, they would start the conversation, "Well, we aren't related but....we met at a family reunion! Really!????

I'm an Asian male. 18. College Freshman. I feel strongly attracted to this classy, pretty, and smart Caucasian girl in my English class. She is a liberal person, seems to be very into European culture, listens to Electronica, and smokes cigarettes. She looks somewhat attracted to me; she looks at me quite often. I notice her frequent look at me, and so does a confidant of mine. Anyway, I wonder what she'll think about me. I'm a very regimented person who listens to urban music most of the time, studies all day, finishes off the day with an intense 2-hour workout, doesn't smoke or drink. As you can see, we are so different that I wonder if I have a chance with her. One thing that makes me hopeful, though, is that she's got the yellow fever. LOL. She's in a facebook group called "We love asian boys." Does a relationship seem possible although we are different? What do female smokers think about dudes who don't smoke? Do they ridicule non-smokers or do they respect them or neither?

I am in a relationship with a girl for 2years+... we go to the same uni ... the problem is my love for her had faded... i tried asking for breaking up many many times but none of it succeed... we will end up arguing n she threaten to kill herself ..so i have no other choice than to keep being with her althought i dont want to be with her. We argue almost every week even for the smallest thing. Anyone out there who can really give me some advice on how to deal with this problem. I've always been a happy n optimistic person but now i feel like leaving this world at times.

I'm a sophomore in highschool, and there's a freshman girl I saw who I want to get to know. How should I approach her for the first time?
I don't have any classes with her, and i only see her in between some classes.

Someone said in another question that I should arrange bumping into her or something first, then start talking.

Others said to smile at her when I see her in the hallway, then later say hi, or to bump into her then and start talking.

Will this work? Any other suggestions also?

So there's this guy he's Japanese and I've had a crush on him since last year...A lot of people where saying that he had a crush on me and he gave me this stares and smiled at me and everything so I fell hard for him. When we started becoming friends we could both tell there was attraction but neither of us made the first move. And yesterday I heard this rumor he had pop-kissed with this girl and that he liked her. But they said he still like me too. And that attitude is so not him. He doesn't even like kissing.

Then there is the other guy and he is so amazing. Like he makes me melt and tells me sweet stuff all the time but we met a little while ago because he's a new student and I don't know that much of him...I've heard rumors about him and they are not really good they say he's a jerk and stuff like that. But for nome reason he is not a jerk to me...And I've been told he wanted to tell me about his feelings for me but I have no idea what to do
