Singles & Dating - 17 January 2007

I've ben with a guy for about 5 years. The first 2 years he has been really really good to me. Then things turned. He hit me the first time in the 3rd year of our relationship. He said that he was sorry and that he will never do it again. But , thing got worse and he did it several more times. it's hard to belive but i really love this guy and I know that he loves me. He just doesn't know how to put things together and how to control his temper. He has always been there for me ALWAYS no matter what he is there ( It's hard to find someone like that). He broke up with me but I still want him back because i believe everyone can change and I believe everybody deserve a second chance. What do you think ?

when i use comdoms, they are terrible tight. I even tried the "magnum" ones , but those were also uncomfortable. What else can i used to prevent std's?

I mean hey women love me and I love women but not just one... I need variety in my life, and besides who wants to settle down when you can go around and score with all the chicks you want?? and move on? i do not trust my boyfriend/exboyfriend. i went through a nasty divorce. i have huge trust issues. he hates me now. he wants nothing to do with me, saying i'm paranoid and he can't take it anymore. what do i do? i love him. do i just let it go? move on? beg him to love me?

i'm bored and work and curious =) my eyes used to be VERY dark brown when i was younger but they aren't anymore. i read up on it and found that around 12% of the population have eyes that lighten over the years. mine are hazel(mostly medium/dark green with light brown right around the pupils.) in another 5-10 years they'll probably be all green. so would this be good, bad, interesting? =P

ok he was full on for a few months, meeting, txting and calling and then it all stopped when he went on a trip, (comments from him before he went away ran from "i wos to good to be true" to talking bout things we could do tog in the future like dvd days, to nights out.) then after a few weeks back he started to txt again and when i questioned it he told me he was scared of commitment(he wos just out of a relaionship). Then when I ended it he called saying he would have always wondered about me so i ended up seeing him again as really liked him. Txts went bk and forth, he said he didnt want to waste time etc. After spending the night with him again I txt him saying wanted to spend more time with him. He said he couldnt commit and wasnt ready for anything serious. I really liked him did he just not like me? Dont understand? He had told his family about me and really didnt act or seam like a player....... Seemed like a really genuine guy. His last txt said maybe our paths will cross agn

but he is 24 :( and my mother has forbidden me to see him (i am 17) he has been a family friend for quite a while.


we ended up kissing once and my mom freaked

but...im am absolutley in love with him ...since i have met him!

I have a friend who is charming and thought liked me and thought was my secret pal. I have known him seven months and found out over time he has a track record with women and been married four times within the last 10 years. He also has let his temper get him into trouble with women... He does not seem to know what he wants to do but plays women along which is wrong. Would a guy with his record with women drive him to be manipulative, condescending, lying, etc. to take things out on others? I just have a hard time with him now because of these things.

Should I call her again?

I met a girl Friday night, she gave me her phone number...I told her I would call during the week, and she said I better.
On Saturday she texted me saying it was great to meet me.
I call her on Monday, and get no answer, I left a message.
She has not tryed to call me back.

1. Should I try one more time on Thursday before I write her off?
2. Why no return call after she gives all the signs of being interested?

I need womens comment on this one. I just saw an ex's profile and it says married and he has a picture there with an asian girl on i guess their wedding day. she was all smiles and had flowers in her hand and stuff and they look really happy and i was just like "WTF i dated you!!! Youre supposed to be miserable and youre supposed to be in love ith me forever!" I know i dont love him anymore. I have a bf now and we are really in love with each other but the other night that ex just popped in my headand thought id check his yahoo profile and BAMM!!!! it says married!
