Why is it when I log on to chat every six months or so it is assumed and pressumed that I am looking for my "dream man"?
Don't people meet face to face anymore?

I have this really close friend. I really like him and he knows i do. I want to go out with him but everytime i talk 2 him about going out he says he dont want to mess up our friendship. I want to try and see what happens but i dont know how to get him to feel the same way... can you help me?

i fell for a girl that was giving me all the signs... flirting, calling me and talking through the night, calling me just to see what i was doing then making plans with me almost everyday for a couple of weeks... now i find out that she mite have been just trying to use me... use me for my car, my money, evrything..she made me her rebound and i missed my shot. idk if i should just stop talking to her.. or if i should still consider her a friend becuz i jus feel worse evrytime i talk 2 her now.

Me and my boyfriend broke up 3 weeks ago, and I was just thinking that maybe he was gay ?! I mean I don't have anything against gay people but he was my boyfriend for almost a year and a half.

I always him like in the hallways, I'm so scared even to say "hi" to him,when I see him I freeze! whatever i'd be talking about...is just gone,my mind goes "blank" and I really like him,and would like a chance with him. He is a senior,which it sucks.Still I don't care cuz...♪♪age aint nothin but a number♪♪. I'm a sophomore, suppost to be a junior but no..I also met him at camp and still I could talk to him...cuz i'm a dummy.

i gotta friend and we both say were friends but i dont think were friends, were "friends" but still some how friends it dont make much sence when we hang its real cool touchy feely like and very flirty at least on her part i try to restrain myself just a little but i figure i guess i could play with her too. she just recently got over being mad at me about something that didnt make to much sence to me and when she called me back when she wanted to talk to me she was telling me what she was doing for the rest of the week and she wanted me to call her i did but it was just to kick the breeze some. she says she aint looking for a boyfriend but from the last times we hanged i could beg to differ or at least some if not that but then again i know she real comfortable with me touching her i dont do it in a degrading manner i try to stay a gentalman and respectful so people out there got any suggestions??????

Can you love somebody without actually going out with them? i dont know if i am in love there is so much talk about being in "love" and stuff and i know that some times people just throw around the word, an other times it takes ages for people to say it. My best friend wrote me a letter a few days ago telling me how much she misses me because lately she been feeling so distant from me. I have a boyfriend now and I really like him, but he says that he doens't think I'm same anymore...
He says that he feels more distant from me too.

my girlfriend and i used to see each other on a healthy constant basis. now that its winter break we see less of each other becuase her dorms won't allow her to stay until spring. in her hometown she has been spending time with her ex whom she says is strictly a friend. im not worried about her cheating on me, im more worried about if her feelings for him will become more romantic or something like that.

the second part of this is should anyone even allow their significant others to even be in communication with their ex's? isn't this some kind of unwritten rule?
