eat right, go get a makever from like, clinique, it is free then you have to buy at least $25 in products, which u will prolly want to buy what they put on you.

well a shower and clean clothes help also maybe lose some weight if that is an issue and excercise u dont need to be a cover model for vogue just be yourself and work on your image for u not for anyone else or it wont work..

is not how Ur skin is or how tall u are. it is all in the mind. try to appreciate yoitself. look at urself and say i am gods creation so naturally i wll be good . because god does not make mistakes in creating . we all are good . CONFIDENCE is all that matters my freinds. success makes a man sexy .and not anything else
